It's all communication

When we use the word "communication" we're thinking big. For us, any and every human activity is communication.

The words we speak and write, the things we do (and don't do), the conscious and unconscious dialogue in our heads, and so on - it's all communication. Communication is how the human brain organizes and knows itself and the world around it.

We also believe that communication is built up of a handful of  "communication keys." Like the base pairs of DNA, a handful of communication keys combine to create an infinite variation of human activity. By putting attention on these basic building blocks of communication, we can rapidly recognize how any human activity -- a meeting, a memo, a conversation -- got the results it did. Then we can intentionally keep and reuse what worked, and change what didn't work.
