Multi-year program for entire organization

FT has worked closely with Anna Borgman-Fredriksson and her management team colleagues to drive a three year training and development program with Stadsbyggnadskontoret i Norrköping (a government organization responsible for city planning and development).
The program, dubbed "Professional Individual Development Program" (it sounds better in Swedish!), has a range of goals, foremost of which are to 1) increase participants' insight into their own communication and collaboration patterns so that they can improve their effectiveness and efficiency in the work place; and 2) increase the entire organization's communication skills, leading to higher retention rates and improved employer brand.
Though every indvidual in the organization has participated in various steps of the program, the primary target group has been young employees. The program has aimed to help the younger generation of leaders to step boldly forward as change agents for the whole organization.
