As Sales Director of Goodyear Dunlop Nordic, Jonas Brennwald could sell anything to customers – but could not always get his message through to senior colleagues. FT worked intensively with Jonas, stepping into his day-to-day meetings and studying his work interactions to pinpoint the challenges, and then helped him build new, successful communication strategies. Today, Jonas is Managing Director of ScanTech /Dorman Products, and credits his new role, in part, to his work with FT.
