Current Programs

FT is driving a numer of interesting program with organizations such as Sirius, Carlsberg, Stadsbyggnadskontoret i Norrköping, mm.

¤ Academedia: Basic certification program (4 modules) gives students increased competence in smart communication and change (filter competence). Students will be certified in August 09.

¤ Carlsberg Sverige AB: Multi-year leadership development program for all Carlsberg Sverige leaders. The program aims to build leaders' competence in smart communication and change, and apply this competence to increase the organization's profitability and employees' engagement.

¤ Järfälla kommun - Socialtjänsten: Pilot program in smart communication and change (filter competence) begins in August 09. By building participants' communication competence, the program aims to increase employeese' self-confidence, self-insight and courage, which is intended to lead to improved service levels and quality of experience for local residents.

¤ Sirius: Pilot leader development program in effective communication and change (filter competence) began in August-08, and ends April-09. The program's intentions are to increase the communication competence of the organization's leader, increase self-confidence and self-insight, and, ultimately, contribute to a leadership that works consistently with the company's values.

¤ Stadsbyggnadskontoret Norrköping: This program conludes its third year in April 09. The program' has had two parallel tracks: first, to build broad communication competence across the entire organization; and second, to develop deep communication expertise within a group of young leaders in order to help them become organizational change agents.
